Who We Support
We’re a good fit when you’re supporting:
Autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent teens roughly 12–18
Families in Melbourne’s inner south‑east
NDIS‑funded teens who aren’t getting the right life‑skills or community access support
Families already stretched by school, therapies, siblings and work, who need a worker that actually understands teenagers.
If that sounds like one of your participants, Brighter Days is likely a good fit.

FAQs
-
Brighter Days is best suited to NDIS‑funded autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent teens aged 12-18 who live in Melbourne’s inner south‑east. Most referrals we receive are for teenagers who need consistent life‑skills and community access supports rather than intensive personal care.
-
No. We are a teen NDIS support service that focuses on life‑skills, daily living and community access supports. We do not provide high‑intensity supports, formal Behaviour Support (BSP) or nursing. If a participant needs those services, we’ll let you know quickly so you can refer to a more appropriate NDIS provider.
-
When an NDIS Support Coordinator sends a referral, we give a same‑day capacity answer and call within 2 business hours (Mon-Sun, 8 am-6 pm). Once capacity is confirmed and the family is ready, we can usually begin supports for the teen within 1-2 weeks, depending on staff availability and preferred days/times.
-
We provide NDIS-funded support for teens across Melbourne’s inner south-east, including Hughesdale, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Malvern East, Murrumbeena, Chadstone and nearby suburbs. If a participant is just outside this area, you can still refer them, we will confirm quickly whether we can service that location, or recommend a more suitable local provider.
-
We aim to be an easy, low‑risk partner for NDIS Support Coordinators and health professionals. You send a simple referral; we confirm capacity, contact the family, complete onboarding, and provide brief, clear updates as needed. You’ll have a direct contact at Brighter Days and can reach us quickly if goals, funding or circumstances change.
