What happens next:
1. Application review
We review every application to check degree, location, availability and fit with our autistic and neurodivergent teens in Melbourne’s inner south‑east.
2. Invitation to a group info session & interview (if there’s a good fit)
If your application looks suitable, we’ll email you an invitation to a short group information session and interview so you can learn more about the role and we can get to know you better.
3. Onboarding, training and shadow shifts
Successful applicants complete onboarding, autism/ADHD training and shadow shifts with experienced staff before supporting teens on their own.
When you’ll hear from us
We aim to contact suitable applicants by email within 5 business days.
