NDIS Community Access for Teens
Community Access is about helping neurodivergent teens build confidence, independence, and connection in ways that feel safe and meaningful to them.
At Brighter Days, we support teens aged 12-18 to engage in their community through tailored 1:1 support that reflects their interests, goals, and individual needs. Whether that means trying new activities, visiting local places, or becoming more comfortable in everyday environments, we focus on helping each teen take positive steps at their own pace.
These experiences can help young people develop social confidence, real-world skills, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of independence, while feeling supported every step of the way.
Tailored Support for Social and Community Engagement
We carefully match each teen with a support worker who understands their personality, goals, and support needs.
With a strong focus on trust, consistency, and family communication, we create support that feels safe, reliable, and genuinely helpful. Our behaviour-informed approach helps teens build confidence, navigate challenges, and feel more comfortable participating in the world around them.
